Cathy Rhodes

A local resident of the Mornington Peninsula, Cathy Rhodes has enjoyed watching the positive transformation of the Frankston area during that time some of which can be attributed to her efforts as an exceptional Property Manager, proud homeowner, and generous cat rescuer. 

After two decades of Property Management in both Frankston and Glen Iris, Cathy can easily be considered one of the most experienced and qualified Senior Property Managers in the area. Her eye for detail, exceptional legislation knowledge, and empathy with clients are what make her a valuable asset to any Landlord and also to the OBrien Frankston team. 

She is also appreciated for her generous heart and kindness towards animals. In her free time, Cathy rehabilitates and re-homes cats to their Forever Homes. Cathy’s generous spirit transcends to her work life where she goes the extra mile to protect her client’s assets and ensure they get the best return on their investment and quality service.
