Jane Chen

Jane started her real estate career in 2011 and specialized in residential business development, leasing, property management, sales, marketing as well as customer services. She holds several qualifications including a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Banking & Finance and Economics. Prior to Real Estate, Jane has worked in one of the big four banks in China.

Jane is extremely passionate about property and property management, and always abreast of market dynamics. Efficiency and professionalism are the foundations of her success in property management which demands a high level of organisation, great customer service skills and fine attention to detail. She is a multilingual speaker and fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and conversant in Japanese.

Problem solving, following up and providing quick responses are just some of the areas from which she receives high praise from clients. Reliability and open communication style has led her to many long-term working relationships with clients.

Outside of work, I spent most of my time at local church and fellowship. Jane relaxes by helping her father run his Taiji school and attends the classes on a regular basis.
