Growing up locally and being part of a family whose name is synonymous with Real estate on the island, Kaitlin was well exposed to all things property from a very early age.

Kaitlin commenced her official real estate career at this very office in 2014 on reception and has since grown and flourished in a variety of areas moving into Property Management, business operations and also working independently as a consultant and trainer to the Real Estate industry alongside Executive Director Jodie Hanssen.

An expert in structuring remote and offshore working systems, Kaitlin’s most recent role saw her successfully leading a team of 16 in a successful property management department located both interstate and overseas. Kaitlin re-joined the OBrien Judith Wright team in 2022, bringing in a wealth of Operational & Technology expertise as well as further exposure to the Real Estate industry in many forms as the business undergoes its next phase under new management.

A capable person who possesses the ability to problem solve and ensure positive outcomes are reached in all situations, efficient and with lots of energy and drive, she focuses on always maintaining a positive outlook and doing whatever she can to assist her peers and clients.

In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys playing and listening to music to satisfy her musical nature and also spending quality time with family and friends.
