Natalie's real estate journey began in 2021 with a hands-on internship, where she shadowed experienced sales agents and participated in open house events in Pakenham. Over the course of a year and a half, she dedicated her weekends to this role, honing her skills and gaining valuable industry insights. After her internship, Natalie transitioned into a full-time leasing position with OBrien Judith Wright in early 2023. Her ability to build approachable and trustworthy relationships with clients was instrumental in establishing her credibility and effectiveness in this role. 

With leasing's function similar to sales, Natalie eventually decided to rekindle her passion for Sales as part of our OBrien Sales team. Her proactive nature, excellent interpersonal skills, and commitment to outstanding customer service continue to shine through in her new position. She remains dedicated to helping clients navigate their real estate journey and discover their ideal homes. 

Natalie and her family have long enjoyed holidaying in the Bass Coast area, which inspired her to relocate here permanently to pursue a role with us, allowing her to further pursue her career while being immersed in the community that she knows and loves.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys the calming embrace of beach outings and values quality time with her loved ones, travel, and the odd crochet session.
