After completing the service in the Singapore Armed Forces and gaining valuable experience in corporate affairs with one of Asia’s largest conglomerates, Wendy transitioned into the real estate industry, where she has worked for the past 18 years. During this time, she also operated her own property management agency for 8 years, further honing her expertise in the field. Driven by a strong commitment to real estate education, Wendy has also received mentorship from esteemed real estate coaches.

With a focus on delivering exceptional, personalised customer service, Wendy prides herself on being a skilled negotiator and mediator who always prioritises her clients’ interests. Wendy is also proficient in English, Mandarin, Hakka, Cantonese, and Australian Sign Language (AUSLAN) which enables her to help clients from different cultures.

Furthermore, she is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychosomatic Therapy, underscoring her commitment to personal development and holistic well-being. Wendy is deeply passionate about humanitarian causes and strongly believes in giving back to the community.

Outside of real estate, Wendy is a devoted mother of two boys, balancing her professional pursuits with her family responsibilities.
